Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, client-facing Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations, social media coordination, and marketing project management. You’ll review and lightly edit social posts, schedule content, coordinate reporting, and communicate directly with clients—helping us keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Review and edit social media posts created by our content team
Schedule posts to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business via Sintra or OnlySocial
Coordinate marketing projects, campaign launches, and reporting tasks
Communicate with clients via email (occasional phone as needed)
Compile and send reports using provided templates
General marketing admin, data entry, and task tracking
Learn and adapt to new digital platforms (OnlySocial, ClickUp, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent written communication and client-facing skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strategic thinker—proactive, not just task-driven
Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Ability to learn new SaaS and digital marketing platforms quickly
Basic understanding of web platforms and digital marketing (web dev/SEO a plus, but can be trained)
Friendly, partner-like style that fits a small, relationship-driven agency

Familiarity with digital marketing for local service businesses
