Role Overview:
We are looking for a fun, creative and skilled Social Media Coordinator to be the digital voice for the Company. This role involves creating, managing, and analyzing social media content to promote our services, projects, and achievements across various platforms. The ideal candidate is fun, energetic, tech-savvy, experienced with social media tools, and it would be a plus (not required) if they are knowledgeable in content marketing within the technology sector.
Primary Responsibilities:
Website & Social Media Management: Update our WordPress sites and manage multiple social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Content Creation: Develop original posts, visuals, and video content showcasing our services, client success stories, and latest projects.
Campaign Execution: Run and monitor social campaigns on vendor-provided platforms, targeting strategic growth and engagement.
Engagement & Customer Service: Respond to messages, comments, and lead inquiries on all platforms, ensuring a professional and helpful tone.
Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other tools to track social media performance, evaluate campaign success, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
Administrative Support: Assist in answering calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining the reception area of our Technology Center in a welcoming and orderly fashion.
Additional Responsibilities:
Establish communication between clients and technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Handle content updates and email lists, including campaign distribution and audience segmentation.
Prioritize clerical tasks and maintain office organization as directed by executive management.
Create Digital Signage Welcome Messages and Content for TVs
Greet visitors to Technology Center promptly and professionally as required
Receive deliveries and notify staff of deliveries received
Maintain Technology Center reception and conference room areas in a neat and orderly fashion
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Skilled in WordPress, Adobe Suites -Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or iMovie, Acrobat Pro, CapCut and other photo/video editing softwares.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media scheduling, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of IT industry terminology and service offerings.
Experience with HTML, WIX, and accessiBe is a plus.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts and executing campaigns.
Knowledge of office terminology, policies, procedures, and equipment and good verbal and written skills including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in the absence of specific instructions
Ability to make decisions in accordance with established COG policies and procedures
Ability to lift 15-25 lbs, as / if needed.
