Identify continuous improvement opportunities and best practices to progress the work of the squad.
Engaging with Agile Coaches to help identify and deliver against training needs to support Agile practices.
Deliver business results and customer value.
Ensure that the product is built on an incremental way releasing new working features at the end of each squad and creating value for the customer.
Tracking product performance to inform future work.
Delivering on specific and measurable KPIs to be defined for your Squad.
Managing relevant product budget process and supporting Tribe
Lead in engaging with funding process. Serve as the voice of customer or end-user.
Translating voice and needs of customer into user stories engaging users as needed.
Engaging in continuous discovery eg via surveys interviews to understand customer needs.
Proactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirements.
Facilitating product demos to empower Squad members with real time feedback from customers.
Oversee what is delivered by the Squad and when Prioritizing work through a well-organized backlog of user stories and clearly communicating what needs to be done and by when
Defining and clearly communicating acceptance criteria for output based on business customer needs.
Support and enabling the Squad to get its work done.
Regularly engaging with the Squad to offer feedback on work InProgress and clarify requirements
Engaging with Chapter Leads with regard to resourcing and functional expertise required in Squad
Providing feedback as part of performance management of Squad members and other members of the client
Set an overall vision to direct and inform the Squads work
Working closely with Tribe Lead to understand and drive alignment on the client business strategy goals and objectives
Translating client objectives into a clear vision for your Squad to inform the creation and prioritization of the Squads backlog of work
Sharing information about the Squads output and priorities with other Product Owners to ensure alignment across the organization Enable the organizations new way of working
Modelling behaviors to support the organizations transformation to a new way of working
Actively creating and maintaining a Squad culture based on the organization and Agile behaviors
Providing informal and formal feedback within context of larger performance management system
