Nan Vaden's Temple Temps is taking applications for a Data Service Assistant. Please read qualification below and if you are interested, please come to our office and fill out an application. Applications are taken Monday thru Thursday between 9:00am and 4:00pm this position does require a Resume for hiring company.
This person needs to be very trust worthy (confidential information needs to stay here), detail oriented, have a good work ethic, be teachable, skilled in customer service on the telephone and in person, very knowledgeable in computers, self-motivated, have transportation so they can be on time, team player, no outward tattoos, and will need to pass a drug test and criminal history report.
This position will be required to perform urine drug collections, which will require same gender observations on occasion. Drug screens are very detailed procedures that must be done accurately. In addition, there will be computer based tasks that will be required using Excel and our web based system, DrugPak. They will become fully trained in DOT procedure so they will have the ability to answer questions that may arise.
The dress code is business casual. This position may evolve into a full-time position in the future, depending on workload demand. The possibility exists for limited travel as the position enlarges. Light lifting, restocking supplies and housekeeping will be required occasionally.
