We are looking for dependable individuals to join our Maintenance Team. Our company manages Residential and Commercial Properties in the Bell County area.
Full time 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Position available for Maintenance/ Make Ready Person
Requirements:
Responsible for providing own basic tools
Must have current Driver's License, insurance, and dependable vehicle for the job
Drug free and past a criminal background check
Job description: Not limited to:
Preventive maintenance
Basic knowledge in make readies, plumbing, electrical, appliances and some carpentry
Service requests from Tenants from both Residential and Commercial properties
Painting interior and exterior, make readies, sheetrock repairs
General upkeep mowing, tree trimming and picking up grounds
