Family business/ranch looking for someone with mechanical and general labor skills to do outdoor and indoor work, and other tasks as assigned. Daily work includes maintaining, fixing, building, or creating mechanical and wood things, sometimes it's indoor cleaning and maintaining warehouse buildings, and other times it's outdoors keeping the grounds maintained (mowing, weed eating, weed spraying, etc.).
Other responsibilities include preventive maintenance on mechanical items, such as ice machine, mini-split ACs, tractor, vehicles, etc., painting, mowing with zero-turn, weed eating, spraying for weeds and bugs, power washing, moving items, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, taking out trash, sweeping, etc.
This position requires someone with a very can do attitude, pro-active, ability to adjust and change duties on the fly, and enjoy doing different things every day. This is not a boring, sit at a desk job. You will mostly be the owner's right hand person assisting with and accomplishing tasks assigned.
Experience with tools, electrical items, mechanics, mower, weed eater, and general cleaning skills is a plus.
NO nights, NO weekends, NO holidays, NO dealing with customers, NO answering phone calls.
General hours are Mon-Thu 7am to 4pm and Fri 7am to 1pm.
