Our shops in Austin, Belton and San Marcos are seeking a Service Advisor's in each shop to focus on managing customer interactions, assessing vehicle issues, and facilitating repairs. They act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their concerns.
Key responsibilities include:
Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and explaining repair processes.
Vehicle Assessment: Gathering information about vehicle issues, conducting visual inspections, and potentially test driving the vehicle with the customer.
Repair Order Management: Preparing repair orders, including descriptions of problems, recommended repairs, and estimated costs.
Scheduling and Communication:. Scheduling service appointments, communicating repair timelines and progress to customers, and notifying them of changes.
Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Sales and Value-Selling: Advising customers on necessary maintenance and suggesting additional services or parts.
Payment and Follow-up: Collecting payments, obtaining customer signatures on repair orders, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with Mitchell 1 Required
The owner is absentee so any one willing to step up into the role will start with a minimum of $60K, 1-5% monthly bonus on top line sales.
