Tree Farm Manager, Sale and /or Worker
Responsibilities:
Ability to Communicate effectively and follow instructions
Must be proactive and self motivated.
Monitor and Maintain the Irrigation system by doing daily checks.
( Will receive training.)
Be able to follow a schedule for "up potting" trees onto larger containers and or transplanting nursery stock.
Basic maintenance of a tree farm: weed, insects and disease control, pruning, and fertilization under supervision. (Will receive training.)
Working Knowledge of Plant cultivation and the Landscape field is a plus. Must be able to lift at least 80lbs plus, to waist level and be able to be instructed to safely operate Powered Equipment, "like" but not limited to a standon skid steer or tractor. (Will receive training.)
Commission in relation to sales is also possible.
