Kane Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Dispatch and customer service. One Full time or part time position available.
Must be willing to work evenings and saturdays (at least in the busy season). Typical hours would be Tuesday thru Friday 9-6 with a 1 hour lunch and Sat 10-4. We have some flexibility to match your needs as well.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Responsible for taking calls from clients with top notch customer care in mind.
Some outbound calling is required for scheduling services.
Scheduling service calls and managing the dispatch board.
overseeing routes and prioritizing calls for the most effective outcomes.
Filing warranty paperwork and city permits
Billing, cash handling, collections
Utility rebate/incentive forms
Time tracking
General Office Work and problem solving
Must be Proficient with EXCEL and other MS office products. Must have above average computer skills.
