Busy apartment complex looking for a full time manager as well as a leasing agent.
Manager job duties include but not limited to: handling tenant concerns, accounts payable, post rent payments, weekly reports, move outs, marketing, and resident functions.
Must be able to multitask and work closely and supervise other office staff and maintenance technicians.
Leasing agent job duties include but not limited to: answering phones, greeting visitors, showing apartments, completing applications, completing move ins and entering work orders.
