Currently Seeking Part-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman for Apartment Complex
You must be able to do the following:
Demolition and Trash Removal - Tearing out carpet, bagging and removing trash, removing old/broken appliances, etc.
Performing basic electric maintenance - Change out light fixtures, replace light switches, replace plugs, etc.
Performing basic plumbing maintenance - Unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing toilets or repairing plumbing under kitchen sinks and bathroom vanities. Replacing faucets, etc.
Performing basic handyman tasks - Replace doorknobs, door stops, doors if needed, bathroom hardware, baseboard, replace AC filters, etc.
Install new drywall, texture, float, and paint as needed for make-ready.
Must be able to properly take measurements.
Install new appliances
Must communicate well with management and tenants to schedule maintenance and complete service requests.
