Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Carpenter to perform diverse carpentry tasks for our remodeling projects. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Carpentry Work: Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, drywall, trim, cabinet, door, window, and flooring installation. Interpret blueprints, measure materials, and repair/replace damaged structures.
Project Support: Collaborate with the Project Manager, assist with demolition and site preparation, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ensure all work meets quality standards.
Tool & Equipment Management: Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients on job sites.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and building codes.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of proven residential or commercial remodeling carpentry experience, with proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry.
Skills: Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, blueprint interpretation, tool proficiency, problem-solving, attention to detail, physical stamina, and good communication.
Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to lift heavy objects, and commitment to safety and quality.
