Established, locally-owned flooring company in Killeen seeks qualified carpet cleaner who is experienced in using van-mounted carpet/tile cleaning equipment. Qualified candidate will also have carpet repair experience and carpet installation/carpet stretching experience. This is not a commission-based job but hourly employment.
Typical hours are M-F from 8-4. The job averages between 30-45 hours a week, with some overtime or after hours possible. Paid Holidays and paid time off after 1 year of employment.
Pay is dependent on experience.
Ideally you will be a strong team player who is also capable of working independently.
You have a passion for cleaning carpets/tile well and keep up on the latest tools and chemicals.
You are very good at finding/fixing pet stains.
You can patch and seam carpets needing repair and also stretch and trim carpets.
You have reliable transportation to and from work.
You are comfortable using apps on cell phones.
You are comfortable reading/writing/speaking in English to explain jobs, issues you come across during a job, etc.
Bonus points if you also can install/repair other types of flooring including glue down LVP.
We provide all tools, vehicles, gas, etc. needed to do the job.
