A well-known commercial construction company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual commercial caulker to join the team in Temple, Texas.
Summary:
Responsible for applying caulking and sealants to commercial buildings, ensuring the structures are watertight and energy efficient. Your work will include both new construction and renovation projects applying caulk to exterior joints, windows, doors and other surfaces requiring a weatherproof seal. A strong focus on safety, precision, and quality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Clean and prepare surfaces before applying caulking materials to ensure proper adhesion.
-Inspect joints and seals for gaps or defects.
-Work closely with other trades, contractors, and other project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
-1 to 3 years of experience in caulking, sealant application, or similar construction role, preferably in a commercial setting.
-Osha 10 certified.
-Must have own tools.
