Job Title: Cable Technicians (Copper & Fiber)
Location: Temple, TX 76504
Pay Rate: $24-$30/hour (DOE)

Job Description: We are seeking 10 experienced Cable Technicians for a project in Temple, TX. The role requires experience in copper termination, blueprint reading, and the ability to perform buildouts. Candidates should also be comfortable using impact drills and setting concrete anchors. The project involves OSP buildout, copper pulls into data halls, and fiber work with 3456 Strand BB Cable.
Schedule:
Start Time: 6 AM – 3:30 PM
May begin working 8-hour shifts on Saturdays (subject to change)
Key Responsibilities:
Copper termination and buildout in data halls
Reading blueprints and performing accurate measurements
Using impact drills and setting concrete anchors
OSP (Outside Plant) buildout and copper pulls
Fiber optic work with 3456 Strand BB Cable
Requirements:
Experience with copper termination and buildouts
Knowledge of blueprints, measurement, and the use of an impact drill
Ability to set concrete anchors
Must have completed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (proof required before site orientation)
Printed copy of DS paperwork required
