Apache Stone Quarry is seeking a self-motivated and skilled mechanic to join our growing team. As both a quarry and a manufacturing facility, we maintain a diverse range of equipment.
This role is responsible for equipment maintenance and repair, including but not limited to:
Submitting and updating work orders.
Managing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Contacting manufacturers for product support when needed.
Ordering and tracking parts.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to prioritize key assets.
Track and document equipment service history.
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on various machinery.
Manage equipment inventory and tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
Strong teamwork and integrity.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of electronics/electrical systems.
Basic mechanical and hydraulic systems understanding.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Preferred (but not required) Skills
Welding experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
