We are currently seeking someone equally as passionate to expand upon and implement GDIT's strategic outreach programs.In this role you align to Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and will be responsible for leading our Diversity, College, and Military & Veteran Recruiting initiatives which includes overseeing the following:Align recruiting efforts with our commitment to hire, assimilate and support strategic outreach for these focus areas
Continuous research of new techniques, sites and tools that help in the identification of talent
Partner with stakeholders regarding recruitment marketing campaigns.
Lead the strategy and implementation for these specialty areas
Stay current on market trends and military base strategies
Build and maintain large networks, as appropriate, through proactive market research and relationship management
Establish formalized partnerships with various entities/organizations
Track recruitment and hiring metrics and program results
Educate the extended Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders on best practices and inclusion in hiring events, avenues
Provide responses to industry brand and recognition for GDIT as a employer of choice in these areas
Travel required for events as needed

Requirements :Master’s Degree and 8+ years experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategy in a large corporate environment related to military, college & diversity outreach efforts
Deep understanding of skill translation from military to civilian jobs
Project management experience, from project inception to implementation
Proficiency with the tools and technology that enable the implementation of such programs
Demonstrated leadership experience in a large scale, highly complex talent acquisition environment
Familiarity with government contracting
Strong communication & presentation skills at all levels to an organization
