You’ll be: Sampling raw meat materials (both frozen and fresh) and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Registering sampled materials and controlling information for accurate reporting. Conducting sensory analysis of materials and monitoring temperature conditions. Reviewing and reporting the condition of transport units to maintain quality during transit. Performing data entry for daily activities in the laboratory system (SAP). Monitoring conditions, sanitizing, and cleaning operative areas to uphold hygiene standards. Controlling, registering, and monitoring sampling room temperatures. Sampling and releasing finished products for distribution.
