We are an air conditioning company looking for a warehouse manager. This manager will assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking merchandise, prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Sort and place materials/items on racks, shelves and or bins according to organizational standards. Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer also assist in counting of monthly physical inventory and inventory cycle counts. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area.
This person must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, 1-2 year previous warehouse experience, good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills, microsoft office skills, dependable and reliable, inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills required. Must have a valid driver's license.
This person will regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh between 100 lbs and 300 lbs. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision
