We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and clients.
Essential Duties and responsibilities (Include but no limited to):
Administrative Support
Take and record phone calls
Welcome and help customers and visitors
Filing Documents
Maintain office clean and organized
Collection Management via telephone and Email
Preparation and sending Collection Letters and/or Demand Notices
Register collection cases in the Small Claims Court
Sales Support
Provide information about our services face to face, or by phone or email
Preparation of lease agreements, bills of sale and general documents
Sending documents for Electronic Signature
Capture and Follow-up to Prospects using CRM
General communication with prospects and customers
Localization and monitoring of trailers via GPS
Preparation of Equipment Return Settlements
Make physical inspections of Trailers when necessary
Publish ad’s in Social Media
Answer questions and provide information to prospect customers from Social Media
Preferred skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency
Speak English - Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Required studies:
High School Diploma or higher
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 with lunch hour from 14:00-15:00
In-person (It is not Home Office)
Pay:
Weekly $12.00 - $14.00 Per hour
