The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced Field Electricians / Journeymen who can step onto active job sites and contribute immediately. You’ll work alongside a seasoned team on projects that range from new warehouse builds to high-end residential developments.
Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and new-home construction.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Run conduit, pull wire, terminate panels, set gear, and complete start-ups.
Ensure all work meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local requirements.
Collaborate with other trades and maintain a safe, clean job site.
Requirements:
2–5+ years electrical field experience (commercial/industrial/new construction).
Strong knowledge of the NEC and standard installation practices.
Own basic tools and personal protective equipment.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and commitment to safety.
Preferred but not required:
Current Texas electrical license or journeyman card.
Low-voltage or controls experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
