Independent commercial Carpenter/Helper Needed - $22-$30/hour! Area: Laredo Tx
We're seeking skilled carpenters and carpenter helpers to join our team for an immediate project in the Las Vegas area.
Responsibilities:
Carpenter: Independently or part of a team perform all aspects of commercial finish carpentry, from layout and installation to final touch-ups. Installing wood panels, FRP, bathroom accessories, and furniture. You must maintain a clean worksite. Ensure accuracy and adherence to blueprints and specifications. Always maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Carpenter Helper: Assisting the carpenter with various tasks, including material handling, tool organization, and cleanup. Following instructions and working efficiently to support the project timeline.
Qualifications:
Carpenter: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial finish carpentry. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques (must own your own tools). Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Punctual, reliable, and safety conscious. Must have reliable transportation for travel to and from worksites.
Carpenter Helper: Basic carpentry knowledge and skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects. Reliable transportation.
Pay: $22-$30 per hour, depending on experience and position.
