Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Licensed and Insured Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites, ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes) according to company and industry standards.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to execute tasks accurately.
Follow all safety procedures, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Requirements:
Valid license/certification for operating heavy equipment.
Proof of current insurance coverage.
Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction, industrial, or related setting.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures.
Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
