Description We are in search of a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry, based in League City, Texas. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Human Resources Administrator, your main duties will revolve around assisting with Benefits Reconciliation, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing your advanced Excel skills to manage data effectively. Responsibilities: Assist with Benefits Reconciliation to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance. Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups, to manage and analyze data effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with compliance requirements. Use tools such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage HR-related tasks. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and identify areas for improvement. Utilize your knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Concur for efficient task completion. Execute tasks related to 'About Time' system for effective time management. Conduct Background Checks in compliance with legal and company requirements. Perform Benefit Functions to ensure employee benefits are managed effectively. Handle compliance-related tasks to ensure adherence to industry and company standards. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge and experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Proficiency in using Ceridian and Concur for managing tasks Familiarity with About Time software Experience in conducting Auditing and Background Checks Knowledge of Benefit Functions Ability to ensure Compliance in all HR processes A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in a Human Resources role within the Chemicals Manufacturing industry Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
