Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Construction Laborers to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience or those looking to start a career in construction. Duties include assisting with various tasks on job sites such as loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, operating basic tools, and supporting skilled tradesmen.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
Load and unload construction materials
Operate basic tools and equipment safely
Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
Support skilled workers as needed (carpenters, roofers, etc.)
Ensure a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
Strong work ethic and reliability are essential
Must have transportation to and from job sites
