Janitor/Day Porter for Charter School.
Monday - Friday 7 am - 3pm, 165 Days per 9 month school year
Summers are optional, can help with 2 day per week cleaning, floor refinishing and additional work requests.
Temporary jobs at other locations for additional income.
Up to 40k/yr possible.
Off on student holidays (mostly Mondays and Fridays), Major Holidays, Christmas 2 weeks off, Thanksgiving and Spring Break one week off.
Job Scope: Cleaning Cafeteria after Breakfast and Lunches, Servicing Restrooms and Staff Offices, Monitor Halls, Manage Supplies, Clean up spills where needed. Wash out trash cans as needed.
Lunches are fast pace about 3 hours, rest of time is normal work pace.
Nice people to work around, full time security guard on site.
Must pass background check, show proof of citizenship, agree with all company rules and policies.
Agree to download and use time keeping app on your phone and receive texts from school staff to be notified of cleaning needs.
