Summer Place Apartments is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech. Maintenance Techinician must be professional and courteous to all tenants, vendors,contractors and must be a team player. Maintenance tech must have their own tools to complete work orders and any maintenance tasks. Must be able to follow precise instructions and be in close contact with the office. Must have a reliable (Insured Vehicle) preferably truck. You must be able to drive to pick up maintenance parts from vendors or Home Depot.
You must be able to bend over, lift heavy items, work on ladders, get on roofs, be mechanically inclined to repair small machinery. You must know heating and air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair,appliance repair, carpet repair, tile repair, install tub surrounds, install hot water heaters, repair fences, master locks, change windows, spray paint, paint in make readies, repair appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves,garbage disposals), change out or repair ceiling fans, light switches, faucets,thermostats. Must know how to clean a swimming pool and or repair pool plumbing. Will do after hour on call with 2 week rotation.
