We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in groundskeeping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across the property
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, and water lines
Handle basic electrical tasks such as lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers
Maintain and service HVAC systems for optimal performance
Execute carpentry repairs including doors, cabinetry, and drywall
Maintain outdoor areas including landscaping, irrigation, and seasonal upkeep
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications
Proven experience in general building maintenance
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management
Valid driver’s license preferred
