Not worried about crew being insured or bonded. No background check, reference, or referrals necessary.

This will be an unskilled demo job, only requiring effort and physical exertion.
Crew assumes liability for any injury or damages incurred or caused (outside the scope of the demo work).
Demo will be to the studs with, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC removal.
All demo’s material can be kept by the crew for salvage or reuse.
1year old air handler, 5 year old exterior coil.
Demo’s material will need to either be disposed of, or contained in multiple 13-17 gallon containers and left in the garage for pickup and disposal.
