Position: Salesperson
Location: Lubbock Auto Auction
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
A motivated and results-driven Salesperson is needed to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales
targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Present and promote products or services to potential customers
Negotiate and close deals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage
Bilingual preferred but not required.
