OVERVIEW
We are seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our solar panel recycling center in Odessa! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

- Set schedule Monday through Friday with possible overtime
- Production line and facility maintenance in a climate-controlled environment
- On-the-job and continuous training opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, troubleshoot, and repair any broken and/or malfunctioning equipment
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Emergency on-call servicing
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
