We have been in business for a decade in the oil field and are looking for a bookkeeper that fits our company’s specific needs.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Quickbooks proficiency and ability to tailor Quickbooks to our companies needs is a must.
Responsible for Reconciling all bank accounts, weekly receipt management and expensing, monthly financials, closing out invoices, 1099s and tax filing preparations, etc.
Great communication skills and self-leadership- will be communicating directly with the owners on a weekly basis
This is primarily a remote job, requiring only monthly in office visits/meetings
Trucking/Oil Field experience is a plus
