We are looking for and experienced property manager to be a part of a fast growing company. We are looking for a self-motivated, team-player who is strong in leasing and collections. You must have a proven history in property management and have the ability to run all aspects of the property as a profitable business. The ideal candidate will be someone with a positive attitude and the ability to actively be involved in the daily aspects of running a staff along with the property.
The following are some duties expected of a manager within our company:
Tenant retention and relations
Supervising a staff
Budgeting
Marketing
Attention to detail in make ready completion
Understanding of expense control and cash flow
Knowledgeable of lease contract and associated laws
Ability to screen applications and build a creditable tenant profile
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Daily reports and duties assigned by owner and/or supervisor
MUST be knowledgeable in computers and computer applications
AppFolio experience a plus!
