We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of structural steel and general commercial construction who can provide accurate, detailed estimates to support our growing projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects (structural steel, concrete, and related trades).
Review drawings, specifications, and proposals to determine scope of work.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Develop budgets, cost breakdowns, and bid proposals.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff.
Proficiency with estimating software, take-off tools, Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
