We are a business in Edinburg - Rio Grande Valley looking for a FULL time Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including some accounting data into QUICKBOOKS ONLINE. Our accounting system is already in place and totally up to date. If you have previous experience in this field and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. However, the primary function is to serve as administrative liaison to the Company.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Prepare Word documents and Excel spreadsheets for various projects. Knowledge of PDF program.
Assist with general office and day to day functions.
Assist with Payroll and other project payments
Copy, fax, and e-mail documents
Accounting data entry on QUICKBOOKS ONLINE: Enter Bank deposits, credit card charges, pay bills, print checks, reconcile bank accounts, etc. Training can be provided.
SKILLS:
Experience as an executive assistant or high-level secretary to Director or Manager.
Proficiency in MS Office is a plus (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with QUICKBOOKS ONLINE is a PLUS
High School degree required. Some college or college student is a plus!
Accounting Data Entry background is a plus
