We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Rep who can handle calls, book jobs, and drive sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, scheduling service, and recommending the right products, memberships, or system upgrades. If you’ve got strong phone skills and can confidently close small sales, this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails
Schedule service, maintenance, and installs
Upsell memberships, accessories, and system add-ons
Follow up on open estimates and past leads
Keep records clean in our CRM system
Help techs succeed by prepping jobs and notes
What We’re Looking For:
Solid communication and phone skills
Sales-minded and confident closing deals
Bilingual is a plus
Comfortable with tech and multitasking
Experience in HVAC/home services preferred
