Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!
PDM Collision is growing and looking to add a customer service representative to our team. We are an auto collision repair shop certified by Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, and GM.
If you are a friendly and outgoing person who loves helping others, we’re a busy shop looking to welcome a passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our fantastic operations team! If you’re seeking a full-time opportunity and enjoy interacting with customers, we’d love to meet you!
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
- Enjoy your weekends and holidays off!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service to assist our amazing customers with rentals and any questions they might have.
- Set up appointments and create personalized customer files.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued and cared for.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, like restaurants, hotels, or any position where you’ve interacted with people face-to-face.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- knowledge of using software systems, and computers.
- Ability to juggle tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $10 per hour.
