Heffner Design Team is a respected landscape architecture firm with a diverse portfolio. Our McAllen office is are currently seeking a CAD Technician I. This is a 27- hour per week position. We enjoy a 7am-5pm schedule Monday through Wednesday.
If you are applying for this job you must be able to:
· Develop base plans using field measurements and assist with field measuring.
· Have a working knowledge of the construction document development process.
· Work on several different projects at one time.
· Have excellent personal and electronic communication skills
· Be a problem solver, a hard worker, and have an analytical mind.
· Have a passion for design and creating well-functioning design solutions.
· Be fluent in AutoCAD 2020 (especially using xrefs), Sketch-Up, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
· Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
