a skilled, creative, and dedicated Sushi Chef to join our culinary team.
Position Overview: as a sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes with
precision, creativity, and care. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional Japanese
techniques, a passion for the presentation, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and
safety.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, nigiri and specialty rolls to order.
-Ensure the freshness and quality of all seafood and ingredients.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
-Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
-Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.
I-nteract with guest when needed in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
-Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and presentation.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-Excellent communication and time management skills
-Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
