Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and friendly Front of the House Manager to run the customer service and Front of House Management side of Dip n’ Burger. As a Front of House Manager, you would oversee all Front of House operations and be responsible for training cashiers, drive through attendants, and FOH team leads, create shift schedules and ensure smooth Front of House operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Trains new staff
- Oversees the daily workflow of the front of house team members
- Perform Service Recovery services when a guest experience has turned into a Service Failure
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction by making sure team members are prepared, on task, on time, and motivated to provide the
best customer service possible
- Maintain a smooth line of communication in a quick and efficient manner between the kitchen and the front of the
house
- Supervising and overseeing team member is in their right position for a good and continual work flow
- Responsible for training and disciplining team members through strong managerial and leadership skills
- Keep track of the supply inventory for the Front of House including but not limited to supplies in the front counter,
guest tables, and restroom supplies
- Managing performance of the Front of House team members, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching,
and discipline
- Rating staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies overseeing cleanliness of
restaurant and safety of guests at all times
- Responsible for cash transactions including refunding guests, providing discounts, comping items.
- Assisting with the development of all hourly team members and team leads by providing daily feedback on
performance during one-on-ones
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements:
- Two (2) years minimum as a high-volume Kitchen Manager with extensive knowledge of kitchen and food operations
- Current Texas Food Manager Certification
- Displays a professional appearance and is a positive role model

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, driven and proficient at multitasking
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Holds self and others accountable to a consistent level of high performance standards
- Proficient with restaurant management software/Point-of-Sale systems, preferably Toast.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
