Meat Cutter Machine Operator
$12.00 per hour
San Juan, TX
Schedule: 5:00am - 2:00pm (40+ hours per week)
We are seeking candidates who know how to operate a Meat & Bone Cutting Stationary Table.
Responsibilities:
- Use knives, saws, and other equipment to cut, trim, and portion meat according to customer or store requirements.
- Clean and sanitize cutting equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operating a Meat & Bone Cutting Stationary Table is required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Food Handler's Certification is a PLUS
