Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist chiropractor with patient assessments and treatments
- Educate patients on proper exercises
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide excellent patient service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
