The Direct Care Staff is responsible for the supervision of clients; implementation of Service Plan and safety/health of the individuals served. The employee also assists clients with grooming, eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, independent living tasks; meal planning and preparation; and providing transportation.
Hourly Rate $8.50 - $10.25 - (Different Shifts Available)

2. Provide three (3) letters of reference(from persons not related by blood) which must read that you "the applicant can provide a healthy and safe environment for the individuals served by this company.
3. If you are applying for a Program Coordinator position or Program Supervisor, you must have a letter of reference that states you have had two years experience of full-time work in the social, behavioral, or human services or related field.
4. Provide copies of current CPR and First Aid Certification cards (if available).

6. List all education application attainment, diplomas, certifications, and licenses.
7. Applicants will be required to complete a competency exam that reflects the applicants ability to document service delivery and observations of the individuals to be served. This exam will be completed in the office upon processing of the application.
8. Please include your employment history for the last three years as outlined in the application.
9. Copies of diplomas, transcripts, and professional licensures should be submitted with an application for any position requiring such information.
10. Applicants whose job experience or educational background meets the job qualifications will be considered for an interview.
