I am seeking a dedicated Medical Biller & Coder to join our team at an outsourcing Billing Services in Pharr, TX. If you have at least 1 year of experience in medical billing and a strong understanding of insurance procedures, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process medical insurance claims efficiently.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and manage medical rejections and denials is very important.
- Work on appeals to ensure proper reimbursement.
- Verify patients' insurance coverage and ensure timely payments from insurance companies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical billing.
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures and insurance guidelines.
- Experience with medical billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Certification in Medical Billing is a plus.
- Knowledge of handling rejections and appeals.
