Must be 18 years or older to be considered
⢠Operate industrial truck equipped with lifting devices to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse.
⢠Move levers and press pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
⢠Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hook tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transport load to designated area.
⢠Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device
⢠.Must be flexible and adaptable in ability to help the team when necessary.
⢠Perform other duties as assigned.
⢠Inspects assigned forklift daily to ensure it is in safe operating condition and reports any safety or mechanical issues to the supervisor
⢠Keep record of inspections in the quality control data base.
⢠Report any problem out of your control to the Quality Control Coordinator.
⢠Load/unload trucks safely with various products
⢠Ability to attain a Forklift driver certification
⢠Write and read English/Spanish preferred
⢠Forklift experience in Produce preferred but not required
