Express is seeking motivated person(s) with the ability to perform basic plumbing, electrician, HVAC, carpentry, and ground maintenance tasks. Knowledge of common Tools, parts and mechanical materials is a plus. Tasks vary daily and some heavy lifting is required. Flexibility is required of all candidates for both scheduling and duties assigned. (must be able to work Monday-Sunday) Work is performed both inside and out in all weather conditions.
Pay: $11.71
Location: South Welsaco Area
Duties:
⢠Perform general maintenance functions for electrical systems.
⢠Perform general maintenance functions for plumbing systems.
⢠Perform general maintenance functions for HVAV systems.
⢠Perform general maintenance functions for temporary facilities, buildings and tented structures to include carpentry or similar repairs.
⢠Install all above systems under guidance of licensed or trained supervisors. Perform equipment operation onsite as required (training will be provided)
⢠Perform daily/schedule maintenance checks and services on Government Equipment, company trucks and equipment.
⢠Repair Company equipment as needed to maintain serviceable condition.
⢠Coordinate service calls when required
Education and Qualifications:
High school Graduate or Equivalent
Pertinent plumbing certifications/ license / accreditations or relevant industry experience
Pertinent Electrical certifications
Pertinent HVAC certifications
