Key Responsibilities:
Conduct home inspections, following a required checklist.
Photograph and document the home's utilities and appliances.
Perform visual inspections of attics to detect leaks or mold.
Ensure that all inspections are detailed, accurate, and well-documented.
Provide clear and concise reports based on your findings.
Required Qualifications:
Must have own transportation to job sites.
Excellent documentation and photography skills.
Ability to safely perform visual inspections of home systems, including attics and appliances
