MERCADO DISTRICT is currently recruiting Janitors for a facility in McAllen.
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn. As a janitor, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, bathrooms, entryways, walls, stairs, benches, signs, and doors. Maintain the cleanliness of the building and the surrounding grounds. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay and benefits.
- Emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
- Remove trash and clean trash receptacles.
- Perform cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, and buffing floors.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team
- Exhibits professionalism with customers, associates, and coworkers.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, walk, and withstand heights.
- General cleaning knowledge is preferred.
