Express Employment Professionals is NOW accepting applications for Machine Operators in the McAllen area
Pay Rate: $10.60/hr
Schedule: 2:30 p.m. 11:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
Operate CNC press brakes and punch press
Set-up and run complex bend set-ups and forming operations. This includes custom punch/die modification used in combination with other tooling.
Complex programming using all features of the press brakes. E.g. bending angles, step bends, proper back gauge transfer between steps, delays, etc.
Understand print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part
Perform quality inspections while maintaining the production process so that quality output is achieved insuring sufficient parts of acceptable quality is produced to fulfill the order.
Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
Organize parts and prepare them for the next process.
Expedite priority work orders as required in cooperation with the Production Supervisor.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
