In Search of Handyman / Maintenance Tech for Occasional Jobs. Please note, this is not a full time Job, we are looking for someone to help occasionally, but there is lots of potential for future work.
We are looking for a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician for a commercial plaza. Candidate should have experience in:
General plumbing repairs
Roofing and patch work
Painting and touch-ups
Basic electrical and maintenance tasks
Some Landscaping experience
Requirements:
Must have own tools and transportation.
Dependable and detail-oriented
Able to respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner. We would pay you by the project.
